Located on Level 1 of the Cosmopolitan in the Boulevard Tower
To find it…on the Casino Floor, look for the Chandelier Bar, then look for an old-school barbershop storefront. Enter the barbershop (even if someone is mid-shave), and walk to the back-left corner. Behind an unassuming Janitor you’ll find the fun!
